The Phone Doctors opened in March of 2004 under the original name, “Cellular Phone Repair Center.”

Recently we changed our company name and logo to:  The Phone Doctors.  Rest assured, the new name and logo carry the same service and dependability that you have experienced with the Cellular Phone Repair Center.   Our company has renewed and invigorated the vision by getting back to the fundamental key to our success, “Focus on the Customer, not on the Dollar.”

We have created a very unique niche that plays an important role in the Cellular Industry.  Cellular providers do a wonderful job providing you a handset with an attached service contract but they don’t have to have a customer based solution to repair your phone or even offer you a discounted refurbished phone if you need a replacement within your 2 year service contract.  That is where the “Phone Doctors” come in.

We are a privately owned retail chain that is committed to offering excellent repair services and quality products (including phone replacements) to our customers. We have a full service repair facility currently in our 4 locations and deal specifically with “out of warranty” repairs.  We have successfully repaired over 150,000 phones and have served over 300,000 customers in 6 years.
